Franchise Finance – Bellevue is located in the fifth
largest city in Washington state. Our offices are less then
ten miles from Seattle, just across Lake Washington. We
have a view of the Olympic National Mountains to our west,
the Cascade Mountains on the north and Mt. Rainier to the
south. You can find shopping, restaurants and the Bellevue
Transit Center within walking distance.
The Pacific Northwest has activities for both the indoor
and outdoor enthusiast. Bellevue offers many cultural events.
Located in the city you will find an Art Museum, the Bellevue
Philharmonic and a first class ballet group. If you’re
interested in great shopping, try the Bel-Square Mall or
head to the Seattle waterfront and buy fresh flowers, vegetables
or seafood from the famous open air Pike Place Market.
If the outdoor recreation is more to your liking, the Pacific
Northwest is a perfect spot to kayak, hike, fish, golf,
and try water sports. Snow skiing is less than two hours
away and a ferry ride can take you to whale watching within
an hour of our offices.
Sporting events are another attraction Seattle has to offer.
Safeco Field, with its retractable roof, is one of major
league baseball's premier venues. If you prefer football,
catch the Seahawks or the University of Washington Huskies.
If basketball is more your style catch a Sonics game at
Key Arena, just under the Seattle Space Needle.
Don’t let Seattle’s reputation for rain deter
you. The truth is, we average around 37 inches per year
in rainfall, less than either Houston, Texas, or New York,
N.Y. Temperatures are comfortable throughout the year, rarely
rising above 80 degrees in the summer or falling below 40
degrees in the winter.
