Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card Program

With that said, it is our honor to invite you to participate in our Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card Program.

Any customer of GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft Finance who completes an aircraft financing with us during the period from October 9, 2006 through December 31, 2006 is eligible to receive an Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card with fuel credit at least $500. Avfuel Corporation is the nation's leading independent supplier of aviation fuels and services. Should you already have an Avfuel Retail Contract Fuel Card, you will be automatically upgraded to a Commercial Contract Fuel Card, and we will apply the fuel credit to your existing account. Qualification Criteria & Eligibility

  • Only customers who completed and funded aircraft financing transactions with GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft Finance during the qualification period between October 9, 2006 through December 31, 2006 qualify for the Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card and the fuel credit. This offer does not apply to any aircraft financing transactions funded prior to October 9, 2006 or after December 31, 2006.
  • Eligible customers MUST be registered with GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft Finance on or before the funding of their aircraft financing transaction by calling (866) FLY-CORP.
  • The fuel credit for any eligible aircraft financing transaction is at least $500. Additional fuel credit may be earned based on the type of aircraft financed as determined by GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft Finance in its sole discretion.
  • Qualified customers will receive their Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card in January 2007. If you already have an Avfuel Retail Contract Fuel card, you will be automatically upgraded to a Commercial Contract Fuel Card and we will apply the fuel credit to your existing account with Avfuel, and by providing us your Avfuel account information, you hereby consent to GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft Finance and/or its agent(s) to contact Avfuel for this purpose.
  • Only one (1) Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card per customer. Avfuel Contract Fuel Cards are not transferable or assignable and may not be applied towards any installment payment of your aircraft financing.
  • GE Capital will have final authority over any disputes in qualification and eligibility interpretations.
  • GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft Finance reserves the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card Program, or cancel the program at any time prior to the expiration of the qualification period, provided, however, that registered customers at the time of cancellation shall still be entitled to receive the Avfuel Commercial Contract Fuel Card.
