What is it?
Session C is a formal multi-level review of organizational performance, and leadership assessment to ensure optimal organizational alignment. Session C ia an annual process that evaluates employees through a variety of tools:
- Formal Session C Meeting
- EMS (performance promotability of direct reports)
- 360 ° Feedback
- Vitality Curve / 9 Block
