EMS is a Performance Measurement Framework. It
is a year-round tool and not a once a year event. At GE, every employee
is required to use these tools. It is composed of several phases:
- Accomplishments.
- Strengths
- Development Needs
- Career Interests
- Development Plan
What are the benefits?

- Monitor Development Needs & Action Plan
- Review monthly to ensure completion by year
end
